From a young age, the founder was immersed in the world of home construction and design, influenced by a parent who was a passionate builder. In their early twenties, she purchased her first home, and by the age of 26, had rented it out, marking the beginning of a real estate journey. Over time, the portfolio expanded through the purchase and rental of additional properties. As experience grew, renovation teams were brought in to update and flip these homes, further refining the founder’s skills in home design and décor.
From early renovation projects onward, the vision behind the brand found joy in every stage of the process, particularly in selecting tiles, hardwood flooring, and color schemes that transformed each property into a welcoming centerpiece. These design choices consistently became highlights of the renovations and further strengthened a deep appreciation for thoughtful, intentional styling.
Two Decades of Experience, A New Direction
After more than twenty years in real estate, the owner took a new creative direction by purchasing two condos in the Florida Panhandle. These properties were listed on Airbnb and thoughtfully styled with distinctive, inviting interiors designed to attract short-term renters. The ongoing challenge of evolving each space to appeal to a wide range of guests proved both exciting and rewarding, further sharpening an eye for creating environments that are both functional and visually compelling.

It was during this time that the owner’s youngest daughter recognized a natural talent for transforming spaces, particularly after a dramatic makeover of a once dull, monochromatic living room.
