From a young age, I was immersed in the world of home construction and design, thanks to my father, a passionate builder. I would accompany him to his construction sites, where I learned the intricacies of materials, design choices, and the importance of creating functional, beautiful spaces. His commitment to building exquisite homes left a lasting impression on me and shaped my approach to interior design. In my twenties, I purchased my first home, and by the age of 26, I rented it out. This marked the beginning of my real estate journey, and I gradually expanded my portfolio by purchasing and renting additional properties. Over the years, I began to hire a team to renovate and flip my rental properties, allowing me to further develop my skills in home and decor. I enjoyed every aspect of the processes, especially selecting tiles, hardwood floors, and color schemes that would transform each property into a welcoming space, often making them the centerpiece of my renovations. 

After two decades in real estate, I took a new direction by purchasing two condos in the panhandle of Florida. I listed them on Airbnb and immediately began curating distinctive, welcoming interiors to attract short-term renters. The challenge of continually evolving the design to appeal to a wide range of guests was both exciting and rewarding, further refining my eye for creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing environments. It was during this time that my youngest daughter recognized my talent for transforming spaces. She was particularly impressed with the remarkable transformation I had made to a previously dull, monochromatic living room. Seeing the potential in my work, she encouraged me to consider home staging as a professional pursuit. With years of experience in real estate and design, I transitioned into home staging, using my expertise to help homeowners, real estate agents, and investors showcase their properties in the best light. By blending my knowledge of materials, colors, and layouts with a keen understanding of market trends, I can create spaces that not only appeal to potential buyers but also help sellers achieve the best possible sale price. Today, I’m proud to be a professional home stager, dedicated to transforming spaces and helping my clients sell their homes faster at a higher price. My journey has been shaped by my lifelong passion for design and my commitment to creating homes that are both beautiful and functional, with a keen eye for wedding design elements that enhance the overall appeal.
